1. Placing an order
The depiction of the products is not a legally binding offer. By pressing the button "Send order", you place a binding order for all products collected in the shopping cart. You receive a confirmation immediately upon the placement of your order. We then send you the contract on your purchase upon delivery of the goods.
2. Revocation policy
Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your order without having to list any reasons within two weeks by sending an e-mail or by simply returning the goods. The period ends on receiving this text, but not before the goods have been shipped to your address. We comply to the responsibilty of informing you according to the information policy corresponding to § 312 paragraph 1/1 BGB in addition to §3 BGB paragraph 1,2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and § 312 pgr. 1/1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV and and not any earlier than the contract of the purchased item has become legally binding. The abbreviation BGB refers to the German Lawbook (Bundesgesetzbuch). For revoking your order, you simply need to send in a cancellation or return the goods. Consequences of a revokation
If you should decide to revoke the order, you have to return all goods received and possibly acquit for any damage or devaluation because of utilization. If you cannot return the goods in their entirety or if the goods have been devaluated, you are oblidged to reimburse us for the difference. However, if the devaluation occurs because of simply checking the purchase, the customer is not oblidged to reimburse the difference. You can avoid the obligation to reimburse, by not treating the goods as your property and by avoiding any act that could devaluate the purchased item. Any devaluation during the return shipping is not your responsibilty. However, you have to cover the cost of any return shipping as long as you receive the goods that you had originally ordered. If not, you are not responsible to cover the cost.

5. Warranty
In case delivered goods should arrive damaged or devaluated, please note this occurence to Zcore Fashion & Art or to the Hermes agent delivering the goods. Neglecting to note the damage or devaluation does not infringe on your legal rights. You are entitled to your legal rights on further service, on repair or even new shipment for any damage or devaluation throughout the legally defined warranty period. You are also entitled to indemnity including a complete reimbursement of your payment. All shipped goods include specific warranty regulations. Your right for reimbursement exists disregarding further legal demands.
